I’m Janet, a clinical EFT Tapping practitioner based in Charlotte, NC, and a woman who knows exactly what it’s like to live in a body that feels like a high-voltage wire. I’m a former stressed-out court reporter who spent years navigating complex trauma.

After a long journey of healing my own nervous system, I now help women release the physiological imprints of birth trauma, infertility, motherhood burnout, and the shifts of menopause with clinical EFT Tapping.

I’m a boy-mom and still happily married to my high school sweetheart. When I’m not digging deep into the subconscious, you’ll find me on the pickleball court, the yoga mat, or listening to an audio book on a long walk in nature.
